Charter Booking

Customers must carefully read our terms and conditions prior to booking, as they are strictly enforced. If you have any questions, please contact us for clarification before making any payment.

All customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions before making any deposit payments.

We recommend guests be at least 4 years old, since some stops involve swimming and snorkeling in open water. Younger children must stay with a parent on board at all times.

Prices

Our prices are contractual rates. No claim relating to the price of a trip will be considered once the reservation is effective.

Reservations & Bookings

Freedom Yacht Bali will provide a sales order confirming your trip booking.

Reservations can be made via WhatsApp or through the website booking form.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• ◆A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation (at least 15 days before the booked date).
• ◆Cancellation more than 14 days before the trip — your deposit will be returned in full.
• ◆Cancellation less than 14 days before the trip — the deposit is non-refundable.
• ◆If paying by bank transfer, payment must be made in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Please send a copy of your bank transfer confirmation.
• ◆Freedom Yacht Bali is not responsible for any bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of payment.

Trip Modifications

A trip may be diverted or postponed to another date when applicable.

• ◆Cancellation by Freedom Yacht Bali is permitted when the Local Port Authority issues a weather forecast warning for 'Not Sail'.

Payment Methods

We accept major cards, Indonesian bank transfer, and PayPal. All wiring and transfer fees for bank transfers are paid by the sender.
